Trained as a physiotherapist, she also envisions individual and collective physical healing through holistic, emotional, and energetic therapies. Ariana holds a degree in Physical Therapy from the Universidade do Porto (Portugal), as well as degrees in Myofascial Therapy and Sacrocranial therapy, along with Yoga Training from Superation Yoga School (Lisbon, Portugal). She also holds a professional degree in Human Design Level I (I in IV) since 2018.
Since 2020, she has developed her own therapy method, incorporating all the techniques she has learned (myofascial, somatic release, and Sacrocranial therapy) to address emotional issues manifesting in the physical body.
Along her journey of self-discovery, Ariana has embraced various experiences and practices that enhance and facilitate her personal transformation and self-knowledge .
She engages in several sports, including running, cycling, bodybuilding, and even practices cold baths, all in addition to Yoga. These activities are her means to keep her body and mind healthy and prepared for life’s experiences.
She believes that the discipline and focus cultivated through sports provide inspiration for tackling everyday challenges and dilemmas. Ariana also has a deep passion for reading and loves to travel.
